While we've never met, we wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and your caring staff for making every effort to be sure that our search for a home in the Phoenix area would go as smoothly as possible. My husband who arrived in Phoenix a week before I did, around the third week in October, was introduced to Jim Kuttner by our friend and Mortgage Broker Terry Coleman. Jeff was immediately shown a number of homes to consider and although our price range was within a very modest range, at no time did Jim try to rush him, nor did he consider our home search any less important than someone looking for something in a substantially higher price bracket. Jim introduced one of your agents Michelle Covey, to Jeff and she showed him the same kind of courtesy and enthusiasm. Just before I arrived, a home in Peoria became available and my husband immediately fell in love with it. Before I left New York, he called and told me about the house and Michelle emailed some pictures. The fact that she went that extra mile to send me the pictures was very much appreciated and something we never expected. The next day Michelle picked us up bright and early and drove us to the house at W. Potter Drive in Peoria. She introduced us to the owners, gave us a tour and patiently and knowledgeably answered every question. Michelle also pointed out all the extras this house had to offer. Needless to say with Michelle and Terry's guidance, we went to contract and recently closed on our beautiful new home. We'll be moving to Phoenix after the first of the year. Anna, we both wanted to thank you for your great Team who proved to be caring , considerate, knowledgeable and thoroughly professional.
